Eye Health Exercise at Office


A person usually blinks less while viewing monitor. Prolong viewing of monitor can lead to eye fatigue and dryness. 

Here are some simple tips for eye exercise at office:
1)      Rest your eyes periodically by focusing on an object far away, e.g. a building outside the window
2)      Stop and look away from the monitor
3)      Alternate duties with other non-computer performing task, e.g. filing, customer interaction
